A big trade fair called Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics; Autumn Edition is about to begin. It will take place from September 2 to September 4, 2025 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Over 3,700 exhibitors from 26 countries are expected to attend.
This year’s fair introduces exciting new sections for visitors. Highlights include zones like Essential Suits & Shirts for ready-to-wear fabrics and Bespoke Performance for stylish, functional suiting materials. Group pavilions from major industry names, such as Lenzing, LYCRA, Hyosung, and Sorona, will also be featured.
Beyond these new zones, the fair will host 37 different seminars covering a wide array of industry topics. Additionally, 8 overseas buyer delegations are scheduled to attend, helping boost international business exchange. Intertextile will also run concurrently with two related shows: Yarn Expo and Cinte Techtextil.
Intertextile Apparel isn’t just a trade event, it’s a dynamic platform that unites the latest industry trends with real sourcing opportunities. According to Wilmet Shea, General Manager at Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the fair is evolving to better meet the needs of today’s apparel industry. The launch of zones like Essential Suits & Shirts is a direct response to demand for accessible and fashionable clothing fabrics.
