Vietnam is preparing to welcome the global textile world once again as the Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles and Textile Technologies (VIATT) returns to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center from 26 to 28 February 2026. With a 20% expansion in floor space and newly curated zones, VIATT 2026 marks Vietnam’s growing stature as a comprehensive textile and apparel hub, both vertically and horizontally integrated.
The fair’s new zones, dedicated to fashion accessories, apparel, and textile chemicals, align with Vietnam’s rise as a preferred sourcing destination. Bolstered by 17 forward-thinking trade agreements, the country is fostering a robust platform for global collaboration. The 2025 edition saw a 30% rise in international buyer presence, a testament to Vietnam’s steady move from volume to value, with eco-conscious and design-driven manufacturing gaining momentum.
VIATT 2026 will continue to spotlight innovation through its Econogy Hub, which champions sustainable practices such as low-impact dyeing, organic fibres, and closed-loop recycling. The Innovation & Digital Solution Zone will showcase technologies in AI-driven design and automation, positioning Vietnam as a future-ready textile powerhouse.
Fashion, home, and technical segments will all see deeper integration, with debut features like the Fashion Label Zone and Fashion Accessories Zone. Major buyers including Nike, IKEA, and Decathlon, who attended previous editions, are expected to return, reflecting confidence in Vietnam’s supply resilience and design evolution.
With textile and garment exports targeting USD 48 billion in 2025, VIATT 2026 is poised to be a key catalyst in this upward trajectory, redefining Vietnam’s role on the global textile map.
